It Takes a Village: Postpartum Support Groups

Welcome to "It Takes a Village!"

At Jubilee Birth, we understand

that the journey into motherhood

can be both beautiful and challenging.

My "It Takes a Village" initiative is dedicated

to creating postpartum support groups

designed to help new mothers navigate the

overwhelming emotions and experiences that

often accompany this transformative time.

Our goal is to build a warm and supportive

community where mothers can connect, share,

and feel empowered.

Join Us!

In our support groups, mothers will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful roundtable discussions about their needs, explore tips for building a robust support network, and learn how to ask for help and delegate tasks.

To foster deeper connections, we will introduce a mom buddy system, pairing mothers as accountability partners who check in with each other regularly. This system ensures that no one feels alone on this journey.

How the Mom Buddy System Works: When you sign up for our mom buddy system, you will be matched with another mother in the group based on similar interests and experiences. Together, you can provide mutual support, share resources, and check in on each other's well-being. This partnership creates a sense of camaraderie and fosters lasting friendships.

If you're a new mom looking to connect with others and find support, we invite you to join us! For more information or to sign up for our support group and mom buddy system, please reach out through the Contact Me link at the bottom of the page or visit our Facebook page.
